Watermelon Juice


What You Will Need:
This recipe makes about 4-6 servings.

1/2 SEEDED Watermelon
1/2 lemon
1 inch piece of ginger
4 sprigs of mint


Blend all ingredients in a blender.  Strain into a pitcher.

Pour over ice into individual servings and add a sprig of mint and voila!  You have a cool, refreshing and and healthy drink!
