Alkaline Electric Vegetable Quinoa
4 cups cooked Quinoa
1 cup Zucchini, chopped
1/4 cup Red Bell Peppers, diced
1/4 cup Green Bell Peppers, diced
1/4 cup Yellow Bell Peppers, diced
1/2 cup Spring Water
1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
1 Roma / Plum Tomato, diced
2 tbsp. Grape Seed Oil / Olive Oil (optional)
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Powder

Add oil to a large pan / skillet at a medium - high heat.
Saute vegetables and seasonings for 5 - 10 minutes.
Add quinoa and water, then cook for another 5 minutes.
